Luke Tracey

Luke Tracey works as a part time consultant with YUVA Consultants focusing on the hospitality industry.

Luke helped found the company in 2009 with Anthony Pfaff and has worked in the hospitality sector for 10 years, gaining extensive experience in elite restaurants and hotels and holding both senior managerial and other roles.

He has specific expertise in restaurant management. He brings a wealth of expertise and experience in running and managing such establishments.

Luke believes that the key to a restaurant’s success are the following:-

• Good staff
• Good training
• Good food
• Good advertising

He can advise and help with all of these and can give practical support in staff management, setting up and running a restaurant as well as hotel management
